The operators behind the China Xpress service have announced their fortnightly loop will now include Greenock on the west coast of Scotland. This service will commence in the second half of August with the Allseas Pioneer vessel (1878 TEU) launching the new call.

The new service is excellent news for Scottish importers who have recently suffered unreliable services and also being hailed a “game-changer” for Scottish whisky, gin and spirit exporters.

The new rotation of the China Xpress service will be Ningbo-Dongguan-Chittagong-Liverpool-Greenock-Rotterdam-Ningbo.
